Your members will have access to our large inventory of condo and villa units available worldwide at wholesale prices. Our "Explorer Week" program starts at just $ 199 per week, with most units available in the $ 299 to $ 899 range. This is an outstanding value, and sales point for your organization, as members just love a week in a location like Orlando for $ 299, or Hawaii for just $ 699.
In Person travel concierge service
Your members enjoy "in-person" service by a concierge travel professional, available by 800 (Toll Free) number, email, or request direct from your travel website, with every telephone call answered by a live person... never a "just leave your name and number". Your members expect professional, courteous service, by a live person, and when you partner with the Travel Department your member's expectations are met and surpassed.
Condo Exchange or Trade assistance
Many of your members also belong to exchange companies such as RCI, Dial an Exchange, or the Registry Collection. We are available to assist your members with instructions, and assistance in banking, and trading their valuable "Home" resort weeks. We also maintain "House" accounts with each exchange company, so we can assist your new members as they "test" their new membership purchase.
Travel publications
Each week your members are contacted by your Travel Department, offering your "hot off the press" travel specials. In addition, they will receive the weekly E-Saver publication which features discounted cruises, discounted tours, and condo weeks. We also provide periodic E-Blasts which features "Hot" travel specials, or it could be a hot special from your "inhouse" inventory. Also we have available a 4-color quarterly newsletter, available on line at your travel website, also available to be mailed to each of your members.
